All orders are subject to verification before shipping to ensure that billing information is truthful and accurate. If there exists inaccuracies in the billing information provided, then it will result in cancellation of your order.
By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to pay the costs for the item(s) in your shopping cart. You will not be charged for items until the order has shipped, however, you will be charged at the time your order is placed for orders paid with a gift card.
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase and suspected fraudulent activities. If your order is canceled after your payment card has been charged, then we will issue a refund. We will notify you of the cancellation via the contact information provided with your order.
All transactions are secure and encrypted. Susan & Me does not store your credit card information. Payments are processed through PayPal and Square.

Cancellation Policy for bespoke and made to order products
If any goods are found to be damaged once you have received them, please contact us immediately to arrange a return. If you decide you don’t want or like your product, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and you will have to bear the costs of returning the goods. We will refund your return within 10 days on receipt of the returned product.
