What is The Return Policy?

Returns must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a full refund, products must be returned in new or gently used condition with purchase receipt from email confirmation. We regret that we are unable to refund your original and return shipping charges, if applicable, unless the return was a result of our error. Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. What is Your Shipping Policy?

Susan & Me ships to locations in the United States and International. All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. All payments must clear before item(s) are shipped. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed and payment is confirmed.
